My ever-loving obsession with scones continues with this savoury and cheesy variety. By roughly cutting in the cold butter into the dry ingredients and firmly pressing the dough together into a circular shape, a perfect flakey texture can be achieved. The dough can be a little bit harder to deal with when it’s a bit dry but the results are unbeatable. Pair with Tomato Basil Soup!
